1.      What is LED bathroom mirror?

An LED bathroom mirror is a bathroom mirror with built-in LED lights, usually around the edges or behind the mirror. It provides:

·       Low energy consumption compared with many traditional lights

·       Some functions depend on different models including demister/fog-free function

3.      Are LED mirrors safe in a bathroom?

Yes, LED mirrors can be safe in a bathroom, provided they are specifically designed and certified for bathroom use and installed correctly.

4.      Do LED mirrors light up the whole bathroom?

No, LED mirrors are mainly designed to provide focused lighting around the mirror, especially for your face. You’ll generally still want ceiling/downlights or other ambient lighting for your bathroom.

5.      How do fog-free or demister mirrors work?

Fog-free or demister mirrors work by gently heating the mirror surface, so condensation doesn’t form on it. Most have a thin heating pad attached to the back of the mirror to warm the mirror up when needed.

6.      Do LED mirrors use a lot of power?

No, LED mirrors generally use very little power compared with traditional bathroom lighting. For example, about 30W for a 90cm wide rectangular LED mirror.

Shipping

1. Can you deliver my order to my home?

Yes, the items will be delivered to your place no matter where you are nation-wide.

 

2. What’s the shipping time frame?

The shipping time is three to eight working days nation-wide after purchase. Delays can occur during peak times such as Christmas and long weekends.

 

3. What is your shipping insurance?

The damage in shipping will be covered by Galaxy Homeware.

DO NOT sign the delivery docket if there is any broken item. Please let the delivery person take back the damaged item back if possible and contact us for the damage soon.

Note: We do not cover any shipping insurance if customers arrange their own freight.

 

4. What if I receive an incorrect item?

Please contact us straight away and we will swap it with a right one ASAP.

Installation and Wiring

1.      Can the mirror connect to a wall switch?

Yes, most LED mirrors connect directly to a standard wall switch for easy turning on and off. 

 

2.      How do you power the mirror?

Most bathroom LED mirrors are hardwired directly into your home's electrical wiring by a licensed electrician. All models also offer a plug option for a standard wall socket.

 

3.      Can I hang the mirror vertically or horizontally?

Yes, most standard rectangular models allow both vertical and horizontal mounting. Always double check the model specifications before purchase.

Lifespan and Maintenance

1.      How long do LED bathroom mirrors last?

High-quality models typically last between 8 to 12 years. The LED chips themselves are often rated for 30,000 to 50,000 hours, though overall life also depends on the driver and electronic parts.

 

2.      How do you clean an LED mirror?

      Wipe the glass gently using warm water and a soft, lint-free cloth. Use general glass cleaner and avoid harsh chemical ones that can damage the edges or electronic touch sensors.

Warranty and Refund Policy

1.      What is your warranty policy?

All LED mirrors have five-year warranty, and the warranty starts on the date of purchase. The purchaser should keep the invoice or purchase confirmation email as proof of purchase. Incidental or consequential damages attributable to a product defect or to the repair or exchange of a defective product are excluded from our warranty. Please check for the physical damage upon unpacking and inform us if damage happens. Physical damage is not covered after installation.

 

2.      Refund Policy

We offer 30-day free return that means the customers can return the purchased items and get fully refunded in 30 days from purchase. Customers need to return the items back to us. If the items are received without damage and in original packing customers will get full refund.

After 30 days of purchase the following rules are applied.

We will replace or exchange if:

·       Item is defective

·       Item is incorrectly described

If we are unable to replace goods, we will offer you the choice of a) a credit or b) a refund.

We will not refund if:

·       You simply 'change your mind'

·       Item was not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be'. (we may exchange at our discretion).

   3. What is your privacy policy?

Under no circumstances will we disclose private details to a third party. All information provided to Galaxy Homeware Ltd is considered private and confidential.
